Rainy Day
100 Days of Camping Day #10
Today was a rainy day, so we mostly stayed inside. We had a neighbor girl knock on our door to play as we were eating a late breakfast and said we'd play later. Unfortunately, "later" was very wet. They still came over for awhile in the afternoon. We love meeting other full-time families. There are actually many, many families doing this. If you go where the full-time families are, this will soon become apparent.
Our carburetor is now fixed. Yay! And the campground was able to extend our stay through the 6th, so we won't have to babysit our house on Independence Day boon-docking it somewhere. Double yay!
After featuring Peter's photography yesterday, the other kids wanted a chance as well. While I do not want to make this a habit, the kids were, after all, cooped up inside most of the day and this gave them something exciting to do. I don't know who took what pictures, and I choose what I thought were the best. Welcome to a day in our life!
